Sometimes you’re just not in the mood to walk around the block for ages or go for a run in the nearest park or on a treadmill. And now that you’ve learned that it doesn’t necessarily take 10,000 steps a day to stay fit, let’s spice up your walking plan to keep you motivated!
Our fitness experts prepared a simple walking plan for you with a few do-it-anywhere exercises. Try to stick to the plan for a couple of weeks and share your results with us. Of course, don’t forget to add a couple of healthy recipes into your meal plan.
Ready. Set. Walk!
Instructions: Start whenever you feel comfortable and choose a plan which suits you best. After the walking session, switch to the exercise predefined for that day. If you still have enough energy after the walking session, try to perform 3 sets of your daily exercises.
Wear your Leaf where you find it most comfortable during your favorite activity. After the workout, don’t forget to add the custom activity in the Leaf app! If you can’t find it in the app, leave your suggestion in the comments below and we’ll do our best to include it in the list.
